If you need to postpone or cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid paying a cancellation fee of 50%.
Booking by phone
You will be required to enter a valid credit card number when making an appointment over the phone.
After your appointment has been confirmed, you will be able to pay for your services using card or cash as per your choice. ( No American express)
We advise showing up 10 minutes early for your appointment so you have time to fill out any necessary consultation forms.
If you arrive for your appointment more than 10-15 minutes late, the therapist has the discretion to decline doing the therapy if they believe it would not be effective or would undermine the integrity of their abilities.
Please be aware that the entire payment will still be charged even though we’d prefer to be able to give you something in the time left.
Children and Age Restrictions
We provide treatments age 14 and over,must need written consent is required for all treatments and an accompanying adult must be present throughout.
Safety Precautions / Measures
To ensure safety precautions, you must fill up the consultation form. All the information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential. You will receive a thorough consultation on your first visit.
Complaints and Comments
Before you leave the salon, you should first bring up any concerns you have about your treatments with the therapist so that they may be addressed there and then.
If the problem can’t be resolved right away, you must notify the salon manager in writing at email@example.com.
We accept debit/credit cards and cash.
Please be aware that card payment problems may occur occasionally. To prevent any inconvenience for both you and the salon, we encourage you to carry cash on hand.
